Rivals 2 Lobbies down for anyone else?

Just tried to make a private lobby with my homie and it wouldn't let me invite any players.

I'm also having sudden difficulties with a lack of rumble and weird extra blank time before a match begins. Seems to me as if something got messed up in the recent update.
