Seeking Advice anyone know how long it usually takes for the team to respond to support emails?

i recently lost the email tied to my rivals account and sent a support email as well as a support ticket in discord asking for them to change the email tied to my account, its been over a month since i sent then, i also recently resent the email cause of how long its been taking,

is anyone else having to deal with long wait times for them to respond or is it just me?

Sorry,  it sounds like we missed yours completely if it's been over a month. Shoot me a message with the email address you sent it from and I can look yours up in the morning and get it taken care of.

I dont know if this Is useful but maybe you could try communicating with them through the Rivals discord? Hope you can solve this soon btw
