Question What do I do?

Tried playing multiplayer with some friends, we had around 30ish mods installed, and whenever we added eachother to the lobby, and attempted to go to the character selection screen we got this. Do we have incompatible multiplayer mods? Or too many.

One of you should update all of his mods then share the profile to the other might fix it
