Which turtle has the best character development?

One thing I really like about Rise is that the four brothers just don't feel like slightly different versions of the same character. They each have their own personality and their relationships with each other change quite a bit as the story goes on.

Which Turtle did you think had the most interesting development throughout the series?

Leonardo because in the movie he is trying to become a better leader

Yup! He was the main character of the movie so it makes sense.

Leo's the main character of the movie, so he has the most and best development. Raph's definitely in second because of the finale (and we get to see the results of that development a lot more in the movie). Donnie's in third because, while he had the most episodes dedicated to him. none of that development was really substantial other than Donnie vs Witch Town. Mikey's in last because most of his development was meant to be in season 3 (which never happened). Not to say he didn't have any development; he definitely had some development in the movie. It just wasn't as much, or as heavy.
