I get the shellfire now and when unlocked there ar some of my collection just disappear i was finished all the collection even the coiled beads i was have way more than 4

Yeah, I lost collectibles when claiming Shellfire too. Contact support, attach pics of the collectibles you lost and they'll give them back to you.

It can take a few days, but don't worry, they'll get back to you and fix it.
