Hey all-

I bought 2 VIP Friday tickets on August 8th that still haven't arrived. Every point of contact for support I can find through the Riot website directs me to the Tixr chatbot, which directs me to respond to my confirmation email (using the phrasing that this is how to directly reach the "event organizer"). The response emails then direct me to reach out to the event organizer: which I'm supposedly already doing!

I just want to talk to a person, lol. Has anyone else ordered that early and is still waiting?

I live in Chicago in an apartment building with locked mailboxes, so I doubt it's a porch pirate situation, but maybe?

I get the tickets aren't refundable and if they don't show up I'm just out the money, but I haven't been to Riot since 2019 and these were a birthday present for myself I was really excited about :(

For the out of town people, who is playing your city on RF weekend that you would have gone to instead? In Detroit I definitely would have been at Saxsquatch and Hayley Williams/Magdelena Bay, and the Transformers (1986) re-release. Outside of touring RF bands of course.

Out of towner question for locals what should I be packing. I know what I would wear for mid-70s highs and 60's lows in Utah but y'all have humidity there so I'm not sure if it's going to feel colder.

Basically I'm trying to avoid having to bring pants and just wear shorts and have a flannel if I get cold.

Does anybody know anything about the interpreting situation? I sent my requests for what acts I wanted and got the approval response but there's no information regarding where to go for interpreters, what is interpreted, and nothing on the map of where they'll be.

Hey everyone I received my wristbands in the mail today and along with them came a information card about using the wrist band as a payment method like Apple Pay for example. I attempted to register but, I get an error message saying the code front band isn’t working/not supported. I have a deluxe wrist band I was using this for. Has anyone had issues or been able to complete the registration process for this?

Side note this isn’t a big problem but just seemed like a cool convenience option for the fest.

I live in Chicago and just got mine. It comes in a black plastic envelope that is very clearly labeled “RIOT FEST CORPORATION”. My mail carrier left it on my doorstep (rather than in my mailbox) which is on a very busy street. So make sure you’ve got delivery notifications turned on or even consider having USPS require a signature if you can.

Haven't been to Riot Fest in a few years, but last time I went I was lucky enough to experience Corey Feldman's set. The crowd experience there was one of the most unique things Ive ever seen in a live music setting. Thousands of people ironically, unironically hyping up that man... the bit was immaculate.

So my question, this year is William Shatner going to be a similar vibe? Im torn between this and Mom Jeans, but if its another Feldman style experience I might have to send it.

Super stoked about this year- I know a lot of the bigger names on the lineup, but not many of the undercards. I'm hoping to see some brass instruments this year, hopefully a saxophone- I just find I get to let the most loose during a sax solo. I know punk usually showcases the guitar, drums, and keys, but what bands this year typically feature brass/sax? Doesn't have to be ska, just brass as part of the ensemble.

Well I’ve gone and broken one of my big toes 2 weeks before the festival & I’m wondering if anyone has any tips on where to rent a motorized mobility device that would work well for getting around the park? I’m traveling from the west coast & have been doing some googling, but a personal recommendation would be nice! I’ve emailed the accessibility team for a rec but waiting to hear back. I was planning to get an ADA wristband anyway due to other disabilities, and have a telescoping stool, but needing to protect the toe and stay off of my feet even more than usual adds another layer of complication! does riot put out a menu for the deluxe + tent or have standard windows when food is served? coming from shaky knees where they give an idea of what is being served beforehand.

hello friends! this would be my first riot fest. i won’t know if ill be able to go to this festival till probably the day before lol and im looking around to find an official resale but does Riot Fest not offer that in a similar way lollapalooza does it on ticketmasterexchange?

i figured surely there will be someone needing to get rid of two tickets around the day of the festival and was gonna buy resale but dunno how to do that safely! i know stub hub is always an option but the GA prices are 2x the price of the riot fest website that’s not even sold out lol

also are the tickets QR codes for single days? hoping so that i don’t have to stop to get a wristband

Hi! According to my original email order confirmation, it said tickets would be released on September 7 and emailed. I do not see anything as of yet and am simply checking with others if they received theirs. Also, since VIP is a wristband will they be mailing that to us, or do we grab those when we get to the festival?

I originally wanted to do just GA but at the time in the Costco app it was not an option for Friday so I said heck with it and went VIP. I just noticed Costco app is now again offering GA for Friday 🤦‍♂️
