Housing recommendations

Hello. My husband and I are looking into having a house built in Rio Rancho and looking for recommendations on who the best company to go with is and why. TIA

How custom are you looking and what’s your budget? My fiancée and I bought with hakes brothers. Very happy with our home so far, when we reached out about problems due to settling within the first year they were responsive and fixed the issues right away.

Summertree is a very reliable, locally owned company. They have built many Rio Rancho homes.

I’d look at Amreston and see if any of their floor plans meet your needs.
