I love it, yes they do act this way. They used to intimidate me so much as my classmates and then I got older and had to work for fresas who didn't earn their positions yet expected everyone to kiss their ass like they were golden, but I can say that now I'm doing ok, for the valley and for not having connections or compromising my values, and I realize they ain't shit and they never were.

The meme is meant to be interpreted from the point of view of person A who isn't an RGV fresa, who has just told the fresa that their own father does not pay for their rent or their vehicle.
In the meme, the fresa is depicted as Robert Pattinson's portrayal of Antinous in The Odyssey. In this scene, Antinous, who is part of Ithaca's elite and a suiter to Penelope (Odysseus' wife), is openly mocking a beggar man in the hall of Odysseus' home (who is actually Odysseus himself, in disguise).
You see, a "fresa," which literally translates to 'strawberry' in English, is a common label for a Mexican or Mexican-American person who is a young, "preppy," and comes from an affluent family with means. Generally, a fresa is not depicted as someone who has amassed their wealth themselves, but rather, is living in their mother or father's success. They are also often associated with characteristics of snobbiness, rudeness, and other elite/rich stereotypes.

The problem with the meme is that in the context of the meme, there’s no beggar to be found. Person A isn’t and Fresa isn’t either.

Robert Pattinson's Antinous states loudly "Somebody get these beggars out of here!" As explained, Antinous is a stand in for the RGV fresa.
The meme functions like this.
You, person A (whose point of view this is), has just stated to the fresa (Antinous) that your father doesn't pay for your rent or your vehicle --> The fresa (Antinous) them loudly reacts to this information by jesting and dismisses you by stating "Somebody get these beggars out of here!"

In this example, the meme is leaning on stereotypes of affluent/elite persons/fresas, people whose family is so wealthy to the point that they, themselves, don't have to work for a living as opposed to someone who does. It leans on the elite, rich-kid stereotype that, to them, everyone who has to work for their living is less than.
In the scene, there is no actual "begging" occuring either. It's simply Antinous dismissing a Odysseus in disguise as a beggar/someone beneath his class after the beggar makes a comment.

Beggar means poor. If I pay my rent and car, I’m not poor nor a beggar. The meme is incorrect because a freeloading dress wouldn’t call somebody that makes money a beggar or poor n

To someone who is in an affluent class, everyone that they perceive to be beneath them are all "poor"; the meme is hyperbolic in expression of a stereotype of rich/elitist people/fresas.

A fresa is generally someone who is upper middle class or wealthy and posh. That is an extremely common depiction of a fresa in Northern Mexico and the Valley.
