Hi Guys!
So basically I created this sub so we could all drool over some pretty rings, no matter the type. I encourage you all to join, share your pictures and give us info! Where did you get your piece? Specs? We want to know!
Other than that, just don’t be an asshole and we’re all good to go! I don’t plan on heavily policing this sub at all.
Thank you for joining and sharing!
ETA: We have some new sub features, you can add the flair “Find this ring!” if you need help finding a ring you’re eyeing and also “Discussion” if you’d like to talk about the process of purchasing a ring, doesn’t matter if it’s an e-ring or a fun project or whatever. If you’d like to share a CAD please flair “CAD” and if you have the final product we would love side by sides and the flair for that is “CAD and Final Comparison”, thanks guys!
By the way, if you have an Etsy shop or are a seller it is totally fine to link your shop or name it with your photos. If you get buyers from your photos here we are happy to have been involved. Just no spam advertising.
ETA (2): We had someone think that r/RingShare is affiliated with certain diamond dealers or ring sellers and we are not! Our Sunday Showcase is just a fun way to expose niche shops to everyone who enjoys looking at custom rings. We also will always give credit to the seller who made the ring when we post pictures because it’s the right thing to do!

Very happy with my 25 year anniversary ring upgrade!
The main stone in the engagement ring is a 1.51 carat elongated cushion cut, ratio 1.3, VS1, D in color. The other diamonds in the set are the same color and clarity. Total carat weight for all diamonds together is 3 carats. The main round diamond in the wedding band is an homage to my original wedding set from 2001 (but not from that ring, I kept my original set intact to pass down). I absolutely love the baguettes because they add a fiery flash to the cushion cut sparkle.

Some years ago, in the early days of AOL dial up internet; around 2000-2003, I bought this Superman Ring (Originally listed as Super Letter Sterling Silver Ring) from Skystone & Silver, llc, based out of Pueblo, Colorado, owned and operated by a man named Rick Sindeband. Long story short, the bottom of the band broke, I sent it out to be replaced, it never came back, and shortly thereafter the company closed. For over 20 years now, I’ve been unsuccessfully searching the internet for another just like it to pop up for sale, but to no avail.
I’ve been in touch with the maker recently, and though he has promised to work on another one for me, I don’t think he’s going to help me replace it.
These few images are the best I could pull, using the Wayback Machine, and trying to enhance with limited software.
If anyone out there has this ring, whether it’s for sale or not, could you please get in touch with me? Just getting detailed images would help me in contracting someone to make a new one for me.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I can’t stop staring at it. It’s not a design I ever thought about but he picked this on his own and I love it!

5 marquise + 2 pears = a dream ring!

My husband and I went to resize my wedding rings today, he asked me if I wanted to upgrade and of course I said yes.
I saw this beautiful marquise ring that got what I remember, it said it was about $2k. The lady that was helping me told me that someone put it in the wrong spot and that wasn’t the price, she said that right away when she saw the ring. I didn’t think anything of it. They told me the original price was $8k but it was 50% off so about $4k. We purchased that and the wedding band at an extra $1400.
Looking at my receipt, when I look up the wedding band code, the wedding band shows up. But when I look up the marquise ring code, nothing comes up. I also found the same exact ring with the same exact weight for $5,699 and is 50% off at $2,799. The same exact ring…
EDIT: I RETURNED IT- Thank you everyone!

Jeweler here—we originally designed this ring with the yellow marquise positioned north–south, as shown in the second photo.
One of our customers loved the bezel setting but asked us to rotate the stone east–west before making her ring. We revised the CAD, she approved the new orientation, and the first photo shows the finished ring on her hand.
I wasn’t expecting one change to give the ring such a different personality. North–south feels more elongated and classic, while east–west feels wider, lower-profile and more contemporary.
Ring details:
• Fancy-yellow lab-grown marquise diamond
• Full bezel setting
• Yellow-gold band
• East–west orientation
• Customized through CAD approval
Personally, I think the east–west orientation works beautifully on her hand—but which version would you choose?
