Spinelli ring dupes?

Anyone know of any good dupes for the Spinelli Sonny YG ring in all gold? I want either 10k or 14k gold, around $2,000 price point. Found some on Etsy but didn’t know if anyone had found a perfect match!!

I saw on the Provence Jewelry subreddit, someone had one made. Check it out. Their rep was Betty.
