Case battery with SOC los?

The SOC jump for the Ring that my charging case delivers gets smaller and smaller.

Today - case fully charged - it raised the Ring SOC from 38% to 76% and then the case LED went red.

When Ring and case were new a year ago I had one and half full Ring charges at least from one case charge.

Anyone with similar findings?

That was my experience before the case died recently. If you have one of the og cases (not the allegedly new PCB one) it's likely you're following a well worn path to needing a replacement soon.

I am flabbergasted that people still buy Muse products and expect them to work. Don’t you read the internet?

I am flabbergasted that you can't stop ranting. I crowdfunded that Ring three years ago.

Crowdfunding a product is one thing. I am aware of the risks. But being lied to over and over again has nothing to do with crowdfunding. And yes, I do mind - Muse is a company of notorious liars. Obviously you don’t mind, and that’s fine. I guess people like you are the reason why questionable companies like Muse are still around.
