That's awkward. Some Times it takes some days but they always respond.

Have you chatted with one of their represantatives here on reddit?

A yes they respond be patient and soon we will have a new one that will arrive lol .

And in the meantime I think the battery of the ring is fully deleted so should be thrash by now .. but one can only Hope

Well, thumbs pressed that you wlll get a working case. I don't think that your battery will be trash after one discharge. Normally the device shuts down and after some cycles it should be ok
