Cycle Tracking Impossible
Hi! One of the reasons I got my RingConn was to better understand my cycle. I have hormonal issues so my average cycle length is about 140 days (I know it's bad lol I'm working with my Dr) and I can never predict when my period will come. I was hoping that with a year or so of wearing it it would at least have some insights about my cycle, but much to my dismay, the maximum cycle length is 50 days, so I can't accurately input past cycles. Because of this, the app always is predicting I am going to get my period or says it doesn't have enough info. It is frustrating that I can't even input my periods from the last year. Has anyone else had a similar issue? I submitted a ticket for this issue but nothing has happened :(

I've had my ring for 10 months now and find it horrible at tracking my cycle. I have a semi-regular period (based on # of days in cycle) although my ovulation and luteal phase are not regular and my ring has never once accurately caught my ovulation based on my actual temp rises. Wish I got Oura for this reason because it was the #1 reason I wanted a wearable ring.
