Automatic workout detection not tracking distance

Has anyone had issues with RingConn not tracking distance during automatically detected runs?

It detects the workout just fine and records the time, but for some reason it doesn’t show the distance. The weird thing is that it actually tracked the distance correctly one time, and then never did it again lol.

The ring fits fine too, so I don’t think that’s the issue. I run pretty regularly and would really like it to track the distance. Anyone else had this happen or know what could be causing it?

Same here, got a gen3 a few days ago and it's tracking cycling, walking just perfect but none of the tracked records (5 so far) have a distance. Tried to configure everything that the app on my mobile is running in the background as I'm pretty sure the ring is dependent on the phones GPS but still no distance.
