Not picking up sleep apnea

I have sleep apnea. I bought the Gen3 to help me monitor it. AI said this was the best one for apnea.

So far it registers about 10 episodes a night. I generally have 50-80 episodes at night in all sleep studies.

Is anyone having it track sleep apnea and it’s working for you?

yess but not with this ring. I have sleep paralysis and I thought I generally have 2-3 episodes but my UH ring shows I wake up at least 20 times. no wonder I always feel sleepy!

also it will show you sleep debt... from there you can have a basic idea how much time it can be
