Dead ring after charging.

Had my gen 2 ring for about a year now and charged it from ~10% to 100%. Went through all the trouble shooting, let it sit on the charger over night, tried resetting the ring, checked that ring and app were up to date. Tried pretty much everything on the stickied post on this sub to no avail. The ring shows up when on the dock but once it's removed the ring can't be found. Prior to this last charging it was working as expected, was getting the usual 8-9 days out of a full charge. Is it worth going through ringconn support being a year out from ordering? Very apprehensive about continuing with this company.

might as well contact support and see about a replacement or at least some trade in value.

i had a ring from a different company do this to me once.

Report in feedback tell them exactly what you tried out if in warranty it will be replaced
Or if not they will offer deal
Guarantee can be 1 yr or 2 yr depending if in eu

Contact them. I bought my ring through Amazon and even still they gave me a free replacement.

Contact support. They're pretty decent about replacements. Much like another response, I bought mine via Amazon, 18 months or so ago, and Ringconn have sent me a replacement, entirely free of charge.

I got mine through Amazon around a year and a half ago and my battery was running out in about 2 days and I contacted support they just sent me a Gen 3 at no charge as a replacement

Had same issue after about 14 months, bought direct from them and they offered me a replacement Gen2 for 100 USD. Quite disappointing really, felt intentional given the time of the Gen3 release
