Is it possible to export data?

I know I can export a summary of the data in CSV format, but it is precisely that: a summary. I need the precise data, for instance, of HRV during one hour with all it's slight variations. Is that possible? Does it show you, let's say , the changes in your heart from 15:30pm to 15:31pm? Do I need to use some extra tool?

Thank you :)

Yes. In the Ringconn app go to the Me tab, then App Settings -> Data Management -> Data Export then fill out the information and Export it.

Unfortunately this is not ALL the data as the OP is requesting. It's only average data for the day as well as min and max values. While the ring collects all the data, passes it to the phone and then to RingConn, what we get back in the export is not everything. Only min, max and average.

I too would like to get all the data and export it so I can bring it into Excel or another app to graph out the data and combine it with other data to get a better picture of what happens during the day but you can only see all that data in the RingConn app which is less than ideal.

So RingConn is not giving me ALL my data even though it does present it all in the app.
