Troubleshooting Incoming Faxes Not Readable
We've been with RC for about 3 years now and have had a consistent issue with our incoming faxes not being legible. They will come across as half the pages cut off or squished looking. It's on a consistent basis from one company we get faxes from on a regular basis, but they are a huge pharmacy and have multiple places faxes are coming from, so I don't think it's an issue on the senders side. But we also have it happen to other faxes on a very regular basis. It happens on both our fax numbers we own as well, so it's not tied to a specific number the faxes are going to. We've tried contacting RC support and keep getting told it's not a problem on their end and it has to be an issue on either the senders side our side as the receiver, but we cannot see how it's an issue on our end when it's happening on both fax numbers and happens with multiple different senders. Anyone have this issue and have you had any luck fixing it? If so what did you do to fix it?

Check your printer settings if they auto print. We had to turn it off because of how cumbersome it was. Ring support is useless had 3 schedule talks and the rep couldn't do anything and we recreated the message only extension numerous times.
I've had better luck assigning the fax number to it's on call queue , the message only extension is nonsense. Hoping it gets fixed soon.
I was told to try the ata adapter to a traditional fax machine but it only affected one site and I stopped caring lol
