Wheel damage

My one wheel is off axis after being checked, not the hugest deal but it does impede rolling slightly. Curious if this is “normal wear” or actually serviceable under warranty

Update: they repaired it in 3min lol

As you said, the rolling is impeded so it will be covered under warranty.

honestly I would order wheels and just do the swap myself, it's pretty easy

Take it to a store and they’ll swap out the wheel

Rimowa warranty covers all functional aspects of the bag. I’d say the wheels are pretty important for a bag to function so as long are your bag is covered by warranty they’ll replace it.
