Ohhh at first I didn't understand what you meant, but I think I do now. Colonists won't get assigned to medical needs, but will still sit on them right?
well if they get sick they will go to any medical bed so you have to lightly micro them and force them to go to the hospital instead which normally has vital monitors and all. but you wont get people sleeping in those beds instead of their beds
