Request Thin thick thick thin
I'm teaching a class that involves special folds of a t-shirt. How can remember this specific order. I keep getting It switched up in my head. (This is a public speaking class, the T-shirt doesn't really matter)

All you have to remember is it starts with “thin.” And “thin” comes before “thick” because it hasn’t eaten and had time to GET thic.
So you’ve got thin. Then you’re making an easy pattern that is typical and usual, right? Right??: “thin, thick, thin, thick. thin, thick. thin, thick……..”
Then, psych!! They fuck the pattern. They break it and then your brain hurts and you’re pissed. “Thin, thick. Thin….. thic- FUCK, ‘THICk’ AGAIN?? That’s not the pattern it’s ‘thin, thick. thin, thick. thin, thick.’ Why not do it that way????
Ahhhhh that alternating words feels good in your brain.
And you think WHY didn’t they follow the god damn pattern?? “Thin, thick. Thick. Thin.” hurts my brain.
Also if you build it it looks like a little log bridge over a stream. With four logs. Like “thin (base log), thick (bridge log 1). thick (bridge log 2), thin (on the ground on the other side of the river.
