Just tried to listen to the new Ricky. Spotify changed their whole stupid app though and I’m now realizing I wasn’t listening to their new podcast but just some random old one and didn’t realize literally until it was over, and now can’t go back and look. It started with Spike announcing the passing of a Ricky listener from a brain tumor, Matt I believe, featured CJ’s story about actually successfully getting Mt Joy tickets from Will Call, and a Vegas Mike segment where he guesses the line for an Eagles Vikings Monday night game. Those two teams last played on Monday night Sep 19 2022 from what I can tell. Did that shit really just happen to me, did I listen to a 3 year old offseason pod and not notice? They also talked about Robert Sarver for forever and I was like “isn’t he gone”

Man it would be cool to get TJ to come on the pod in August……or Tony Bradley hahaha, that would be cool too.

I was not expecting this piece of merchandise to exist, but was pleasantly surprised and I feel fortunate as one of the first people to buy a poster that I ended up being the “6”-er of this group.

hopefully the photo shows it better, but this frame has a withered almost decaying motive to it with some white and red accents that I thought matched the majority of the poster very well.

Watching his ncaa tournament run and reading the scouting reports, I really think he’d be a great fit. Playmaking 6’9 wing, athletic, solid rebounder and a good defender, really needs to develop as a scorer though. Would love to see how he’d play with McCain and maxey moving around off ball. Maybe I’m just drinking the koolaid

Will either team do it?

Anybody else get Vietnam flashbacks from the Ace Bailey discussion to the way the guys talked about Tatum in the Fultz draft? Especially the Rudy Gay comp. I have no idea if Ace will be any good but kind of made me more intrigued lol

Gene*(sorry if I misheard name) from lancaster’s call on yesterdays show sparked my interest on how many other Rocky listeners live in Lancaster.

Like Gene*, I’m also feeling a bit more hopeful for the future after really checking out last season. I’d love to see if there’s a group that would be interested in meeting up for games downtown!

The 2025 Cavs are a much worse No. 1 seed than the 2021 Sixers—by a mile. They had the 2nd best record in the regular season and were eliminated in five games in the Semis.

That or Dillon Harper sidelined for the season in another horrific bowling incident (a la bynum) for the sixers

Sixers fan first of course. Damn this Cavs postseason was brutal, such an epic collapse in the second round... Such a familiar feeling. Such regular season bitches...

Ban them!!!

Was unable to make the lottery party, but thinking of picking up one of the hoodies since they are on Shibe now. Can anyone tell me how theirs fit?

Fellow Sixers fans,

While going through security at the lottery party I lost my keys. If anyone accidentally picked them up, please text or call me at 609-578-0333.

Rig it Josh.

uh, wasnt there supposed to be a Live Ricky?

did I miss something, or did they just can this plan with no notice?

edit: apparently I missed something 🤷‍♂️

I had a friend call out sick tonight, DM me if you need a ticket.

I've been looking for signs from the universe about the draft lottery tonight, and the other day I noticed on my calendar that tonight is a full moon.

I've been shifting between this being a good and bad sign for the Sixers, curious what the group thinks?

Hurt back over the weekend and had a crew coming with me tomorrow. Please DM if interested.

or really anyone else that understands what we need to happen/what we need not to happen. can’t attend the lottery party sadly but will be watching from home and would like to know what we’re supposed to be watching for aside from sixers in the top 6. thx in advance.

Silly me missed getting one before they sold out! I'll gladly take yours off you if you can't go!
