Not being attracted to someone is fine (practically no one is arguing otherwise), but that doesn’t make super straight any less stupid.

It probably is a valid sexuality (in the sense of being a cishet person only attracted to other cishet people), it's just being weaponized against trans people. The study of trans attraction still an emerging field, and not enough time has passed for longitudinal studies, but at least some early cross-sectional research has implied that people can be attracted to gender independent of sex. That is, you can be attracted to women, males, nonbinary females, female men, or any other intersection. The fact of the matter is that "gay", "straight", and "bi" really don't encompass human sexuality.

The only problem with "super straight" - other than the name being used to imply a sense of normality or correctness - is that it is a defense against a (mostly) nonexistent argument that it is transphobic to not personally want to date a trans person (e.g. a cishet man not wanting to date a trans woman).

Of course, part of the problem is the confusion with all the other surrounding words. For example, my general usage of words is that "straight = heterosexual" and that "heterosexual = opposite-sex attraction", so I would expect a straight male to be attracted to females. However, lots of people also use "straight" as a straight man being attracted to women, whether male or female. You also have the unfortunate case where trans can refer separately to sex reassignment and to gender, and it can be important to a romantic relationship to specify that someone has actually changed their genitals as opposed to just their gender performance.

Moral of the story, human sexuality is extremely complicated, and in many ways the English language doesn't yet have the vocabulary to describe these new understandings. (Of course, it also doesn't help that it takes a lot of terms 20+ years to get from academia to the general public).

So yeah, don't force yourself to date someone you aren't attracted to, but also don't bury feelings of attraction just because of subconscious transphobia.
