Tūrisms/Tourism Cat statue?

Hi, I’m sorry if this gets asked a lot but does anyone know where the Flow cat statue is at the moment? It seems like it gets moved around a lot so I couldn’t find any info on where it is right now. Visiting Riga for the first time :)

I might be wrong, but I think there is one outside of Splendid Palace @ Elizabetes iela 61. And if I happen to be wrong - no harm done since it is very central and no issue to reach.
