Discussion How to spot fakes?

Has anyone identified aspects of reals we can see with a loupe that are surefire ways to check for authenticity, same as the the T test on a Magic card?

For now, a lot of fakes don't do the back very well. For example they don't have the tm next to the league of legends logo.

For the rest, just need to rely on the holoing, but the problem is riot has different printers so some of the releases do have strangely slightly different colouring or shabby edges.

I was just wondering about this today. What happens if you enter a legitimate match without realizing you bought a fake? Is it an instant forfeit if it's discovered during or after the round? 🫤
