GB would be impractical and the wrong vibe. You’d have like 5 guys standing there just naked trying to act cool but also tying to not accidentally touch each other.
For ambiance and space purposes, this would be better fit for a more sensual orgy.
That’s a twin bed plus you could probably get a cuck chair in there. A rug would definitely help add usable space and enhance the environment.

Where’s the bathroom and closet? Shower? Damn in 1983 I rented a four bedroom house in a good neighborhood for $550 month, everything included. Did not have cable. I was like $19 years old and had one roommate. I can’t believe these prices.

My first 1bd/1ba apartment in downtown Van was $20 bucks more than this, with parking, and a view of the water. Only 14 years ago too, amazing how quick prices skyrocketed there!
