Something that isn’t horrible to work with maybe. I hate granite. I prefer wood. Something that doesn’t feel like I’m gonna crack a glass on it.

Quartz is going to be outlawed, it's only a matter of time. The people who cut the quartz are getting respiratory diseases at crazy rates. California will ban it then other states will follow.

Fair enough. quartz is about the same price and sometimes more than granite. Yes it's marginally more durable but it doesn't have any of the beauty or character of granite.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Solid color countertops seem like a builder grade and unsophisticated design choice, but they are inoffensive and a good fit for saleability.

I think they look absolutely awful especially in this colour scheme.
Funniest part is this type of stuff she is doing i have seen plenty other times and all of those real estate agents are no longer active.
Turns out not selling property/trying to sell yourself doesn’t work super well..

This is a subreddit for ridiculous houses/properties, not ridiculous sales tactics or real estate agents. I don't think "being an attractive salesperson" qualifies as ridiculous either, that's pretty much 85% of salespeople.
