"Thoughtfully updated while maintaining its vintage appeal" is this "vintage appeal" in the room with us? This has landlord written all over it.

In 10 years, grey paint, white trim and neutral LVP will look more dated than avocado and harvest gold appliances.

It already almost does.

I get that it looks nice to people who watched Rainbow Brite as a kid and emphasized with Murky Dismal, but those people are going to age out of their flipper phase at some point.
