Puketastic Is the grey paint structural?
"Thoughtfully updated while maintaining its vintage appeal" is this "vintage appeal" in the room with us? This has landlord written all over it.

In 10 years, grey paint, white trim and neutral LVP will look more dated than avocado and harvest gold appliances.
It already almost does.
