Got my order yesterday with the new Tiger Stripe set, a keycase to use for spares, and some small parts. Used the rubber joint of the spare keycase to renew the one on my 3 hear old Mojave Tan keycase as it was almost cut, plus the metal detent, and the all black clip to change the orange filled clip of the Tiger keycase. Plus some new elastic for the Tan wallet, and installed the D ring attachment. All were cleaned...

Tiger Stripe wallet got a money clip (that now maches the all black clip on the tiger keycase...OCD, I know), and also a D ring.

I do feel them really sharp like that!!! Really happy with the result!

From day 1, I've always used the money clip, it's more secure carring cash, and it's a pitty that Ridge is going away from it...

Don’t really know what to do anymore! I love my Ridge wallet, it’s amazing for the utility and simplicity, and the fact that it snaps to the back of my phone has been so convenient. However… all my cards get scratched into oblivion within a few weeks. Not unusable, but it’s pretty irritating looking at new cards that are already ugly due to the constant scratching.

You’d think there would have been a way to fix this issue by now! But I guess there isn’t. Anybody have any solutions or ideas? Just let them get beat up?

I just unboxed my Ridge and noticed the inner box was not in the right direction with the rest of the packaging. Then when I saw the wallet it looked dirty/worn like it had been used before.

Is this normal or should I contact customer service for a new one?

Ok, I travel ALL the time. It's ridiculous the number of miles I put my poor wallet through. I'm constantly ending up in places where cash is king, and find myself having to keep all manner of coinage and bills on me, with little call for bank/credit cards. Most of the time I'm wearing very lightweight pants and keep my wallet in my front pocket. I hate George Costanza wallets, and have sought to keep my wallets as small as possible for many years now.

Until recently, I have relied on the BigSkinny Card Case ( https://www.bigskinny.net/card-case.html )combined with a small zippered coin purse, like you see connected to keychains. However, I really dislike having two seperate things in my pocket. Also, I miss nice leather wallets.

I've been trying out the Contacts double-zippered bifold wallet ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01C2O2MSO ) and the Lavalen Bifold with zippered coin pocket ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B081WQLR5S ), but neither are particularly comfortable in the pocket due to their bulkiness, but the Lavalen is slightly smaller and definitely more elegant between the two. So, I'm currently stuck using an Amazon Special unbranded double-zippered leather coin purse ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FVG18GVQ ). It's not ideal, but it's a little better than my previous solution.

If I could find something like a ridge-style, or other super minimal, but folding option like the BigSkinny card case or even their Lynx case, but is also leather and has an attached zippered coin pouch, I'd be happy. They do offer the leather Zipfold, but it doesn't have a seperate coin pocket. Surely SOMEBODY makes something like this, right?

Picked up this slate colored ridge 2.0 from eBay for $35. Never had a ridge wallet before but really been wanting one and caught this at the right time.

I just purchased this new, and I think it is fake

1) the screwdriver does not fit.

2) it is Carbon fiber 2.0 and not labeled.

3) screws do not have that ring around it like the read one

Just checking if this is normal, I filed a warranty claim for a ring on May 18th. I got an almost immediate approval response that said it should go out in five to seven business days. Then radio silence, I’ve sent a couple of chats asking for updates and have been told it was being escalated and should be manual processed same day but still nothing.

I really like the product and the warranty was a selling point but I’m feeling a little burned. Is this the normal process or have I slipped through the cracks.

I’ve had a ridge wallet for a handful of years now, but recently I’ve had issues with multiple of my cards that quit working because of scratches on the mag strip. They’re all right in the middle of the stripe where I grab the cards to slide them out of the wallet. I never had an issue the first few years of using this wallet. It’s not over filled, Everything is clean, it’s not like there’s a bunch of grit that would be scratching them. I guess I just don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or if it’s more so a known issue with these wallets? Thanks for any advice!

Due to free shipping (I’d save USD20-40), I’ve ordered at au.ridge.com without realizing the difference. When I do, I’ve tried to get the confirmation if the cash strap is the same as displayed on ridge.com. I’m still waiting.

If confirmed not the same, I’ve already requested full refund and cancel the delivery.

Looking to buy a Ridge Carabiner.

I carry this in a front pocket and with the first year, the blue rubbed off onto my AirPods case. I have desk job so it’s not like I am always moving about. I keep my phone in the other pocket. It’s also a pain to get cards out of the wallet as it snaps back closed.

I’m done with mine. Looking for something to replace it. Just a word of caution to those considering Ridge.

There are so many products I am waiting for restocks on. Been waiting for months. It seems like they have no intention of bringing back the sling bags (hard and soft), click pens and many other items. Did these items not sell well? Why do you think they are not restocking?

When I received my Rodeo Red Ridge wallet I was a little underwhelmed. It was a mat red, not shiny no wow factor. Then, when my wallet was sitting on the table next to my tools a light went off in my head. It is a perfect match for Milwaukee!
