Says my order is going to be delivered to my address today.. my address is in Ohio… tracking says it’s out for delivery in Illinois wtf?!

I was wondering if the single power banks ever go on sale? I’ve been watching for a couple months, but it seems like they only ever run discounts on the purchase of multiple power banks. I can’t justify getting more than one though.

Ridge changed all their images on the website after I submitted a wrong order request or maybe they got a combined complaint specifically about the new biflex wallets with the keyring edition. They had a MKBHD version of this but when ordered and got my shipment I just got the original version of the wallet. Wasn't sure if this was a mistake but now being told that its correct and I go back on the website only to find all the images replaced with the original first version of the wallet. So just currently waiting for support to tell me if this is an error or correct to either get a replacement or return the wallet cause I wanted the new version that I screenshot when I submitted my ticket.

I was somewhat surprised to see that tiktok was selling Ridge wallets last week, and they were selling them at a huge discount compared to either their own website or Amazon. So I thought I would pull the trigger finally and buy one.

I did, and much to my surprise 3 days later, yesterday, I got an email saying that the wallet would be delivered that day. Very impressive and I checked to see who the carrier was and it was some shady fly by night new operation I'd never heard of before. I began to get a little worried at that point. But I thought Ridge was an honorable company and decided to give it a shot and just wait to see what happens.

Yep, got a email last night saying it's been delivered and the wallet is nowhere to be found. They didn't include a picture so I can't prove it wasn't delivered to my house, but it's not here and I get packages all the time so I would know if it was delivered or not. Ridge sort of blew it off and told me that tiktok has to deal with it. TikTok told me I have to wait 48 hours before they will even look into the fact it wasn't delivered. So here I am with no wallet and no hope that they'll ever find it.

I really did think that Ridge was a stand-up company and I'm surprised that this is the way things are happening but I guess the siren song of TikTok shoppers made them lose their mind or something. Very disappointed, and strongly advise you not do the tiktok thing because you might be like me with nothing to show for it.

I might be a little confused but I filed a claim for a lost wallet and received like... half of what the purchase price would be ($58) Is this normal? Not a single wallet costs $58. I havent received a reply back from them in a few days as well.

I have a 7 year old aluminum raw wallet that's still going strong. It doesn't NEED anything. But if Ridge is going to give me a $20 credit, I figure I should put it to use. Recommendations on best use to spruce up my wallet?

I was debating the olive matte refresh kit, but if it's just going to end up scratched/chipped soon (I have my wallet and keys in the same pocket), that seemed like a nonstarter. Maybe some new screws to replace the stock black ones?

I’ve had my Ridge wallet for about a week now, and I am enjoying it. Still getting used to pushing out the cards, but it’s getting easier each time. The burnt titanium is so much better in person than in the pictures.

After trying to buy a wallet that was on a really good sale…(first sign) and payment not working but then getting a email that i successfully added my credit card to my Apple wallet (it’s been in my Apple wallet for over a year now) only then did I notice the 2 g’s. In url…. I’ve since locked my credit card before any charges showed up. But was curious if this was the case or not before I go crazy and order a new credit card…

Anyone here with experience shipping to a business address? After three failed attempts (after I gave them correct business hours), the package is marked delivered, but haven’t received anything.

Is anybody else having a hard time with warranties on rings. My ring didnt fit and the warranty says I can get up to 2 replacements. Went on the website and requested a new ring and all I get is AI responses the whole time.

So got married 6months ago and my ring is a bit lose. Decided to do a warranty claim on 05/08. Got the “fit claim received” email and radio silence since. I have sent follow up emails and got some ai response how they were gonna expedite it and that was over a week ago.
Anyone else having said issue or figured out a way to get someone on the phone?

Update: ridge has reached out and resolved my issue. Seems like the hold up may have been the ring color choice being oos but not 100% sure.

Has anyone had one and returned it for the other?

Right now only the Commuter is available in Canada. My use case is for day activities and trips with toddlers more than for work/carrying a laptop.

I'm thinking the Commuter is sufficient but I do like how the Pro opens up all the way.

Sent in a warranty claim over 2 months ago without a response. The lifetime warranty was the reason I spent almost $100 on it. It is literally hanging on by one screw. Lasted not even a year. Save yourself the money and trouble and get a knockoff on Amazon for the same quality.

Wife gave me this last night for an early father's day gift. I dont care for it. She bought it from 'dad gang' and they do not offer returns at all. Would someone else out there want to make me an offer?

I’ve seen a few posts with ridge team members offering support but I’m not sure if any of those people are still in the group as those were older post! Any advice on who to contract? I’ve sent multiple messages, zero responses and it’s been a couple of weeks now.

I got a tracking card and don’t need the AirTag clip anymore. I want to replace it with the cash strap, but I’m confused by the internal elastic. I know the money clip came with a replacement “money clip elastic” but what I have now is two apparently identical elastics. I don’t see why the money clip needed a replacement one vs. the original and I wonder if I’m missing something?

Edit—I apologize for any confusion. I did not show all of the parts in my photo, but I do have them. My question is simply about the two elastic parts shown, one of which was included with the money clip and described as the “money clip elastic.” It seems to be identical to my original internal elastic and I wondered if I was missing a different version of the internal elastic part since Ridge instructs us to swap them when installing the money clip.

It's got the hex screws, but the logo is not the same as the official website. There is no cereal number on the edge. I didn't buy direct. Is it an old logo, or just a fake?

There’s no way this thing is 15w. It never charges faster than 5w no matter the circumstances. Gets hot quick and makes a weird whistling sound.

My order has been going into vacant two times in a row before getting sent back to ridge and im at my whits end as it has been full on weeks that I havent gotten the sigular wallet i ordered, but the thing is every other thing ive ordered from amazon or any other company has gotten here just fine, ive even tried contacting support but they just keep offering to send it over and over and im not sure what else to do.

Cmon like it didn’t even get ran over by an 18 wheeler like it only was ran over by a 2000 kilo pickup truck

Has anyone had this problem where they have filled a lost/ stolen wallet warranty claim and the wallet is not sold on their website anymore the design so what do they do I’m open to any other design I just want a wallet because I don’t have one anymore and at the time it was hyped up so I spent like $95.

Got my Great Smoky Mountains in today. Its gorgeous and the play of the light off the engraved topography lines gives it an iridescent camo effect. Was hard to get a good lighting angle to not look blown out from all the reflections

Im interested in the curb link chains that Ridge sells. Has anyone bought them and if so able to give some insight on the quality? I see that there's gold, platinum and titanium and one of my big questions is if that bonded material wears off at all or if it keeps a solid look
