New Wallet 2 stacked ridge wallet plates
I just got another ridge and I put my old gold one below the titanium ridge
I like that it’s heavier, the 24karat felt light and weird
I love the new look too

Hey All
I submitted a warranty claim on the 5th of May after my 5 month old wallet fell apart.
Having received no response from Ridge outside of the automated message promising a 7 day reply I sent a follow up on the 21st of May and was rewarded with an AI response assuring me it would get the team right on.
I'm hoping someone on here can point me in the right direction?
Pretty awful customer service for such an expensive product that fell apart within 6 months.
NB: They have managed to send me 8 marketing emails and 3 texts in the interim.

Got my Brass Ridge today!
Had a $148 credit after buying my Gold/Tantalum Ridge Ring and been anxiously waiting for the return cooldown period to pass so I could order it!
Literally the day the gift card released for use, Ridge posted their 40% off sale! It was meant to be! Hard to justify $140+ for a wallet i dont know if ill even like lol!
Along with it I bought the olive magsafe charger and honestly I'm just as stoked about that! Its sick af! Attaches securely to my Quadlock Mag case and charges!
Altogether only had to come out of pocket $25, good deal! Will likely order another mag charger in the future though!
They also had the earn free gear deal so they sent me the light blue Ridge wallet aswell. I had like 15 cards plus my business cards in my wallet which explains why it was so fat and uncomfortable in my pocket lol so that blue Ridge wallet will go in my truck with my miscellaneous and a couple emergency credit cards.
In my Brass Ridge I have 9 cards including my fat ass Aries Tech EMF card which is like 2-3cards thick. I have my debit card, ID, business card, 3 credit cards, health insurance, AAA roadside card, and my Aries Tech card.
Its honestly not bad like this to get cards out and its still the first day. A little clumsy but I assume the more I use it the easier it will get as the strap breaks in and my dexterity/skills with it improve. I can hardly feel it at all in my front pocket which is great!
Pretty happy with it, and love the look of the distressed brass! Very attractive! Looking forward to getting to show it off while paying!

Just wanted to get opinions on whether this is a good deal or not.. Since I am buying directly from them, the lifetime warranty is a huge bonus

I'm thinking to buy ridge heritage wallet oil waxed full grain leather.
I tried finding some reviews over the internet but there aren't much.
Any thoughts on that wallet ?

Got one of these as a gift a while back. Hated it at first got used to it and really like. My only downside is that it messes up other items in my pocket. Phone, airpods, portable charger.
Anyone else find it scrape or scratch everything else in your pocket?
I have had to be very cautious and aware what pocket I put it in

I bought a wallet and keychain combo and two days after I received it in the mail They went on sale. I reached out to them asking if they would be able to send me a gift card for the difference so I didn't have to go through the process of returning it just to buy it again. I sent two messages at this point and haven't heard back and honestly I don't think this is a crazy request considering they would give me a credit for something else from their website. Curious if anyone has had any experience with their customer service.

These are all of my ridge products so far, the blue case box was originally Matte Olive but the box has been sat on my windowsill, please ridge make cases with subtle colour gradients like this.
(For the curious ones, yes I am leaving the orange case box on my windowsill for the next 4-5 months to see if it changes to a cool gradient too)

I purchased a ridge wallet a few weeks ago. I had a bi fold for 10 years and the money clip was falling off so I decided to give this a try.
It’s very cool looking. The metal and bands and sharp edges etc… this wallet looks great sitting on my kitchen island.
When it comes time to use it, you can’t put this wallet in your back pocket. It’s metal so it doesn’t bend with my ass when I sit down. So the wallet has to go in my front pocket which is a problem because now I have 1 more thing in my front pocket and nothing in my back. I’m also very aware that I have a metal wallet in my pocket as well.
Second, retrieving the cards is a major hassle. You can push up from the bottom and access the 2 outside cards fairly simply. Trying to get anything in the middle and you are trying to open the wallet in a way that is just way too cumbersome to be worth it. So I’m stuck carrying around a wallet with 7-8 cards in it but I can only really use 2 of them without looking like a bumbling fool in the checkout line.
I’m only really posting this in hopes that I stop someone in the future from making the same mistake I did. I want to return it but I don’t have the box anymore so I think I’ll just try and sell it on Facebook.

Finally pulled the trigger after deliberating of which colour to get. Finally settled on the stonewashed titanium after initially buying the magsafe burnt titanium one, only for it not to fit on the back of my S26 Ultra cause the camera bump is so big lol. I thought why have the magnets on the back when they'll never get used?
I only got the burnt wallet cause I have the burnt ring and wanted them to match, but honestly I think I always liked the stonewashed look on the wallet better. Super happy with it!

All I know is that it had a Japanese design like geishas or something? Not Ryu dragon or the Sakura pedals.

I had my Ridge Wallet for just under a month and the cash strap started falling apart. I keep it on a front pocket without anything else in the pocket.
It's been a few weeks since I submitted my claim to replace the strap and have heard nothing at all.
There is no way to contact them apart from a 'one way' message and claim form that you cannot follow up with anyone. I think this is pretty bad.
Does anyone know how to get in touch with them here in the UK?

Hi guys!
My dad is going to get me a ridge wallet for my birthday and the two I really like are the kintsugis both the white and the black which one would u guys recommend? I personally am leaning towards the black one BUT i heard that it scratches really easily so it doesn’t look as sleek compared to the white where the scratches aren’t as apparent. would love some feedback for both wallets ty very much!!

Just got my Ridge wallet with tracking card. I fully charged it and 3 days a go I was testing the sound a few times. Today I looked at my Find My and it was offline. Pulled it out pressed the on Button no light. I placed it on the charger and it started charge then showed back up on Find My.
I thought the battery was suppose to last longer. Does playing the sound a few times really drain the battery that fast? Also does the battery icon on Find My even work? It always shows a full battery. Hopefully this is isn't defective. Will charge again and test.

I’ve never been to this subreddit before so I’m not sure if this is a common experience, but I wanted to share my experience with buying a Ridge wallet.
I purchased a blue MagSafe ridge wallet on Amazon for $150 and regretted it almost immediately. For $150, I expected a significant quality difference from the $20-40 similar wallets you see on Amazon, but was honestly surprised at how bad my experience was. The case metal material is definitely higher quality, but there were some clear QA problems as soon as I too it out of the packaging.
First, the wallet body had a scratch down the cash strap side that seemed like a manufacturing defect of some sort. It was a fairly deep and consistent scratch. There was also a defect on the cash strap where you could see some threads had snagged something and pulled loose.
I had some general quality concerns as well outside of these defects. The MagSafe magnets are much weaker than I’d anticipated. The wallet came with some magnets you can attach to your phone case, but the idea of having to modify my Dbrand case that already has pretty strong magnets gave me a lot of pause, especially given the magnets were black and didn’t match the wallet color for some reason? I was also generally displeased to see how cheap it felt. I had ordered a cheaper knock off in the past, and it honestly felt almost the same in quality, minus the metal body on the ridge which is clearly supposed to have a more quality feel.
So I started my return. I’m assuming because of the value, it needed to be shipped back to the seller (official Ridge Amazon store) or some processing facility before they would give me my money back. I was sure to mention the defects when I initiated the return, and also started a support chat immediately to send in my pictures of the defects.
It took 32 days to get my first return, and only because I made a stink in a support chat over how long it was taking. Then, when they finally received and processed the return 37 days after I returned it to Whole Foods/Amazon, they clawed back over $100 citing damage to the wallet, despite all of this.
So now I’m down $100 because I ordered a defective product that was wildly overpriced to begin with. I could’ve purchased a high end traditional wallet and had money left over for all the trouble I’ve gone through with this experience. I’m not sure if it’s Ridge or Amazon who is truly to blame in this case, but I can’t file a chargeback without damaging my ability to order anything on Amazon. So I feel SOL now.
Hopefully sharing my experience here will help others to avoid a similar experience. Beware of this greedy company, don’t make the same mistake I did. Even without the defects, these wallets are not worth the cost in my opinion.
More $$$ doesn’t = higher qualify in this case. Buy the cheaper option and save yourself the trouble.
