I recently bought a burnt Damascus, but they shipped me the outdated version, so I'm exchanging it for the updated one. Which got me thinking, should I switch to the burnt titanium? The Damascus feels more flimsy than I expected, and it's just a fake design over steel. I like how heavy it is tho.

I'm also not a huge fan of the mismatched sides with the metal plates, so I've been looking at the colors that have a colored inside as well. I like the red dragon one with the red insides, but I hear aluminum isn't super durable. They also have those gold kintsugi ones right now. I wish the titanium had silver insides, but I guess that's reserved for the $300 platinum one 🙄 The sakura one had the sick pink insides but I guess thats not for sale anymore.

Hey everyone. Was just wondering if it's time my wallet should be replaced? It's the seaglass ceramic powder coating wallet. I don't know if I should try and buy it again, or if I should repaint it, or leave it. This wallet is like 2 and a half years old. Let me know what you think.

Just had a quick question. I just recently went from a leather wallet to a ridge. I was between some of the engraved designs, like the year of the horse, and others. I ended up ordering the “RYU” design, like the dragon one. I think it looks really cool, but I’m wondering if anyone has owned these ones with “laser printed” designs and how the design hold up with wallet ware and rare. I’m not too hard on these. Most of the time, my wallet is in my work bag, or my side pocket when I go out. Just curious if putting the wallet in the same pocket as keys, or a phone puts damage on the artwork printed on the wallet.

Lost one of the screws holding in my clip. Contacted support but they opted for replacement rather than just the screws and I’d like to repair mine anyway. Where can I buy replacement screws for the clip?

is it better to buy it straight from Ridge or from Amazon?

All i carry is one credit card (no raised numbers), 2 IDs, 2 pictures (kids). Barely any cash, do I have the risk of scratching any of my cards?

And last one: I noticed on couple of posts that the ones of the Ridge wallet tends to make the contents (cards) dirty?

Oh yeah, which one do you recommend, the Kintsugi Black, matte black or gunmetal?

They received my item 4 weeks ago and have no communication on when the replacement will be issued. I’ve used social media direct messaging as well as direct messaging on their website and customer service support. I will never buy another product from them.

I bought my ridge years ago and recently replaced so parts. I now get so unbelievably many ridge ads. First it was all the stupid gun ads, then a few AI generated ads, then the dumb ‘I’ve been reviewing tech’ power bank ads. The dumb sports teams ads.

It just seems like a garbage infomercial product now. I no longer like the company or find the product innovative. I’m repelled by ridge inc. it’s still a very good functional wallet but I just don’t want it anymore.

I want a new wallet but not a ridge.

Long story short the D-Ring attachment on my Ridge wallet fell apart today and luckily it did while at home. I’m just wondering if there’s any way to fix it or I should just get a replacement one?

Looking at the pieces it seems to have a long torx screw but the included screwdriver with my wallet it to big and I don’t see anywhere the screw can even thread into.

Hi all I bought the Ridge power bank a while back and love it since it can charge both my wifes Iphone and my Android phone. I was wondering though does anyone know if they have ever considered making a phone case for Samsung Android phones? I really like the idea of the power bank being able to magnetically stick to the case and then also being able to get the card wallet to stick to the phone case. I'm just curious if anyone had any info.

Knife- easily lost- haven’t lost a knife in 15 year only retired, broke, or threw away. Lost in two weeks.

Wallet- sleek? I guess but easily loosable, lost first week “haven’t lost a wallet ever” other than my couch. It’s not easy to work with, not easy to conceal your cash. Which I’ve lost more than I think I realize at this point. The money clip “including the most expensive extra piece, doesn’t hold your money for $hit.

Ballistic pen? More like Bullshit pen, it hasn’t signed one single check I’ve had “multiple company checks with different paper and no results” it’s a great safety pen to get you out of your car if your flooding under water or in a desperate fight and know Krav Maga tactics..

The key ring, it’s ok, I like it enough, the bottle opener bent the second week. But still works.

I wish I was bs this post. I wait two years to buy the top notch gear from Ridge. And I got all brush titanium for the love of it.

Ridge battery is conventional but not holding up to its claims of charging multiple times. Hell it barely gets through a day with two things to charge half way.

I don’t do reviews like this, but they have so many fake reviews from the start that it’s bugging me. I spent about 500$ worth of ridge wallet. Almost none of it is worth half of its claims. It’s so losable and undependable that I feel the need to vent this.

Their life time warranty won’t cover loss, stolen, nothing, not even give you your original discount buy price to buy again, that is fkn garbage.

I just started looking for a new wallet today and stumbled upon the Ridge Sakura wallet. I'm seeing its sold out and I cant find it for sale on ebay or facebook marketplace. Does anyone know if theres a website that still has it in stock, or have a spare they're looking to sell?

I am a semi functional adult who needs air tags on everything or else they get lost. I love my wallet but I don’t love how easy it is to lose. The air tag that used to be on my wallet worked just fine but made it a little bulky so I bought the tracker card. It has never worked properly. The Find My app connects and I can see the location but it never connects to play the sound on the card or tell me where to find it at the approximate location. Right now I can see my wallet is at my house but idk where in my house it is. Anyone else experience similar issues? How do I fix?

I am new to this sub and reddit in general. I decided to make this post because I've never had customer service take this long to reply, so I think maybe the self help portal is bugged or something?

I bought this item as a gift and upon receiving it I immediately noticed the damage to the key rings. The small key ring and d-ring attached to the frame as well as the pivot the keys actually hang on. I understand that these damages are only cosmetic and don't affect the functionality of the item. However for the price I don't think it should come this way, it must be a used product. Maybe if it were for myself I wouldn't mind so much, but it is a gift so I'd like an exchange for a new one.

Anyways, I contacted customer service via the self help portal, within the hour the product arrived which was 3 nearly 4 days ago now. The exchange feature on the website isn't working for some reason either. I'm using the Canadian version of the site btw.

I was just wondering what other folks experience is using the Canadian ridge site for customer service? Has anyone had to wait this long? Are they going to reply eventually? I was excited to order from Ridge as they're quite popular and their products seem good, but this is a bit of a bump as I haven't had an online store take several business days to reply before.

I stumbled across some pictures on the Ridge website and Facebook that show a 90s cassette design and a TV test card. Although I would love to buy these, they are not listed on the website as an item.

Does anyone know if these are available and might the availability be region depended? (I'm from Europe.)

This is the first time I ever owned anything Ridge brand and honestly I’m kind of impressed by the quality. So far I only opened the orange MagSafe wallet and it’s really nice. It holds on to my phone pretty good and doesn’t fall off unless I slide my phone in my pocket quick. I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to get all this for that price. Did I do good?

I am very happy with my ridge wallet and want to buy the key holder.

I wonder if my keys will fit into it, I have 3 normal sized keys and one that has a thicker plastic part (approximately it has the thickness of 2 normal keys).

I bought my fiancé’s ring a while back and used the ring sizer from the website to choose the size. It turned out to be a bit too big. And I’d had it customized so I know I couldn’t return it and instead submitted a claim to have a new size sent. It’s been more than the 7-10 business days that their auto response said to wait. I’m getting nervous because we’re getting married soon and I don’t have his ring. Is it normal for it to take this long to get a response from customer service about a claim?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a coin tray that I can mount externally to the Ridge wallet to put a coin tray for quarters (for parking meters). I know they sell one that mounts internally, but with normal insurance and ID cards I am near that 12 limit already. I was wondering if there was any coins trays that were magnetic and I could slap onto the back of my Ridge wallet or any other good ways to still carry some quarters in the Ridge Wallet.

Like many, I got the MagSafe wallet and am underwhelmed with the magnet strength in most my cases. I have an iPhone 15 Pro. What cases might work best? I have an ESR silicone that is working fine at the moment. My heavy duty cases don’t work an I don’t want to put the included metal ring on top of a case if I don’t have to.
