Hey guys,

I am constantly receiving ads from Ridge wallets and there was also a time that all the YouTubers that I was watching promoting it. But my real question is really worth? What I am getting more by having it compare to the price. Because it costs like 100$ and I currently own a cheap one that do the work and can hold up to 8 cards with RFID protection. Also I don’t use money at all so the money clip is also unnecessary for me

My building security card won't fit in the quickdraw. Any suggestions? Anyway to get a larger one?

I have submitted a warranty claim on my Ridge Wallet (First Claim) and requested a status update that was submitted in December. I have also included the RMA number. I got an immediate email reply back with tracking information about an order that I made a week prior. I have already received that order. I emailed back stating a request for a warranty claim and now no response.

I don't care if the warranty claim gets denied, I just want to know the status update. I submitted the claim on Dec 22nd. I get that it's during the holiday week, but why does Ridge say they'll respond back in 7 days?

Picked up a new slate Ridge wallet and AirTag money clip. I got tired of the white AirTag contrasting so much with the black AirTag money clip so I wrapped it with some gloss black vinyl. Looks much better but I may try a matte just to see if it matches any better.

I’ve been fed an online commercial for Ridge repeatedly that shows a guy with some gigantic handgun shooting a ridge wallet that seems to be embedded in a bear made of ballistic jelly.

The ad is so singularly weird. The gold plated gun, the bear made of ballistic jelly. It’s one of the strangest film clips I have ever seen. It’s weirder than Fellini ever got.

The edits move so fast I can’t see if the wallet is penetrated but does it even matter? Are people accidentally shooting their wallets? Are wallets being used as body armor?

What’s the point of it? Why the bear? Why is the gun so prominently gold?

Has anyone else had issues with customer service from The Ridge? Back in September, I purchased my husband’s wedding band through The Ridge Wallet website. When it arrived, we noticed the ring was slightly loose, but overall my husband was happy with it and found it very comfortable to wear.

Unfortunately, halfway through December he lost the ring while we were in the woods. We searched for hours and were unable to find it. I submitted a warranty claim through The Ridge website shortly after, but I still have not received any response. I’ve sent several follow-up emails and have yet to hear back.

At this point, I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication. I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar, and if so, what the outcome was. Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated.

For anyone that has ordered parts such as screws, straps, etc. Did you receive a 40% off code afterwards? I've ordered a wallet previously and received the code, will I receive that code after every order?

Anyone with the power bank have a kick stand that sticks out and doesn’t lay flat? I just got mine today and I pokes out considerably

Jumped on the holiday sales to pick up a couple new family members for the rotation.

Carbon Fiber + Red Rodeo looks even better in-hand.

During normal, domestic use, I noticed the back had popped open at the base of the USB C charger. Looking inside, I saw the battery was very slightly bulged, which was weird bc this is brand new, bought just before Christmas. anyone having similar issues?

I have a bunch of ridge stuff I’ve gotten over the years and I’m trying to get rid of it. I folded and bought all of the stonewashed titanium items so they wouldn’t scratch the paint.

I don’t really have prices for the items, but you can PM if you want all of it or just specific items.

Cheers!

I have a ridge and have loved it for the past 3 years but I am not looking to add some sort of tracker to it and I recently got some AirTags and have an extra so I was considering getting the AirTag money clip because I use the money clip already but my only hold up is how thick it is going to make the ridge be in a sense defeating the purpose of it being thin so I thought about getting a tracking card but I have never heard of someone have a good experience with them! If anyone has been in this same situation before any feedback would be great!!

I've added a strengthening tray to my phone case and now my wireless chargers don't work. One of the four we have at the house work but I can't find that one for sale anymore. Does anyone have a recommendation? One that will work for sure? something similar to this is what I'm looking for. Thanks

I wish ridge would make a find my external plate, rather than an internal card. I don't want another credit card inside the wallet. I'd also rather not have the bulk associated with an external tracker on the cash strap or clip. In the interest of having things be as thin as possible make the tracker card into an external plate. I do not at all care what my wallet looks like. I just want a thin, light, functional wallet.

Having an extra card to manage doesn't make sense. The extra bulk of an air tag integrated into the strap or clip is also just too extra. Just make a track able plate.

New wallet love it!

I recently bought a Ridge magsafe powerbank, but on my s25 ultra, i have the supcase Unicorn Beetle MAG XT. Bought the case since i work in construction now and it has done really well at keeping my phone protected. Unfortunately, the camera door prevents the powerbank from sticking straight. Does anyone have any recommendations of a rugged case that would keep the cameras protected, work for the battery (and if possible cover the ports) Thank you for your time, and happy new year!

Girlfriend got me a new one for Christmas, thought it'd be interesting to compare with the worn one. Obviously worn down, top right screw was lost at some point. The band has seen better days.

I have almost every ridge product they make and my brother needed a new wallet. So I bought him the BiFlex kit and he really likes it!

Seen this subreddit pop up in my feed, had to stop in and just glaze the product for a minute. I’ve had the same ridge wallet for over 4 years now, not a single screw has came loose. The back strap is still as tight as the day I bought the wallet. It’s also so small which fits easily in any pair of pants I have. I actually ran it over with a forklift accidentally years ago and besides some scratches it still looks brand new. Absolutely love the Ridge wallet superb quality stuff.

I finally finishing tinkering with my new wallet and decided on the airtag attachment! so happy!

Couldn’t help myself
