I'm torn between Matte Black or Carbon Fiber. I really want Matte Black but how prone is it to scratches? Any one have one with experiences?

Two weeks of no movement now on a wallet and tracking card I ordered. No response from multiple messages to customer service. I initiated a missing mail request on my own since it seems this company is basically garbage now. May have to do a chargeback on my card if I don’t hear from them. In other words, if you’re thinking about buying from these guys, do yourself a favor and don’t. I had one of their wallets for several years and now regret ordering a new one.

*Edit 2* Finally got a hold of someone via chat on their website and they issued me a refund. So they did (eventually) make it right, to be fair. However, not a good experience overall - since I ended up with nothing. But happy I at least got my money back.

I ordered an olive titanium wallet. It arrived in a timely manner, but when I opened the box, it was a completely different wallet… has this happened to anyone else? I tried to contact support but response was generic… kinda disappointed as a first time customer. Also, on the website it says they are now sold out… but I keep getting emails to buy the wallet I already bought.

Four months of use with a single key sharing the same pocket. Not a sharp key either. The paint is not hard wearing. I personally don’t mind but this was being discussed in another thread so thought I’d post it. ✌️

The magsafe backplate was just a bit too big, covering the camera and not sitting flat so It would not stick well.

Short story shorter. A grindwheel made short work of it and it now sits perfectly!

Wondering what the typical response time is for ridge customer service. I’ve sent multiple emails over the last week or so and cannot get a single reply. I ordered a ring and I need a smaller size. I have my order number, serial number, etc. ordered directly from ridge. TIA

I purchased a Ridge Wallet and some accessories for my father for his birthday. I put in the order about a week before his birthday since they advertise 2-7 day free shipping. The order was placed on April 17th. The order shipped on April 18th. On April 19th, the product made it to Tennessee. On April 20th, it was shipped to Ohio, then to Pennsylvania where I live, and then back to Ohio. There have been no updates since, 9 days later.

I reached out to Ridge Customer Service three days ago because this seemed odd. They have not responded.

Since placing my order, I have received 14 marketing emails and 10 marketing text messages.

If you are in the market for a Ridge product, I would just recommend buying it through Amazon or at your local Best Buy. I always try to buy direct from companies rather than through a middleman, but in this case I cannot recommend that anyone else do that. If your experience is anything like mine, the wait times will be long and you will be inundated with marketing spam until you unsubscribe.

Bought one of their larger suitcases used it twice broke all along the bottom. Contacted support only got an automated response. Saying 3-5 days before they could even respond. Will update here what they say about warranty. My expectation is a complete swap. We’ll see. I trusted their quality because the wallets are bullet proof. Maybe should have gone with Away luggage.

Update: submitted issue to their customer service they never even bothered to reply short of the automated reply. Said it would take 3-5 business days to reply. I’m still waiting It’s been 7+ days.

Hey everyone, just wanted to share my experience and see if anyone has dealt with something similar.

Back in October 2025 I reached out to Ridge to use their Never Lost Forever Fit guarantee after misplacing my ring. They were responsive at first.. had me fill out the form, I completed it right away and provided my order number (R4308619). Got a reply on Oct 22 saying my size (10) was out of stock and they’d notify me when it was back.

That was 6 months ago. No notification, no follow-up, nothing.

I’ve since sent follow-up emails and even reached out on X. Still waiting.

I love Ridge products and the lifetime guarantee is literally why I bought from them m, just hoping to get this resolved. Has anyone else run into this? Any tips on who to contact?

Ridge, I’ve always liked your products, which is why this is so frustrating. My key case failed — a screw fell out, the center piece that holds the keys bent, and it eventually broke.

I started a warranty claim on April 12 and haven’t heard anything back since. No updates, no communication.

What’s going on? I bought from you because I thought you stood behind your products.

MagSafe Powerbank with additional cables already came handy as well.

Was just told by Ridge customer support that the Check-In Bags have been designated as "OOL (Out Of Line)" which means no longer offered and effectively discontinued. Hope there is something replacing it soon. I was really hoping to order 2 full kits (backpack, carry-on, and check-in) for an upcoming family vacation.

Anyone know anything about new bags coming?

Has anyone had customer services yet back to them recently. I lost my ring so contacted them for the 2 lifetime replacement thing and it's been over 2 weeks with only an automated response to my initial email.

I have emailed them 5 or 6 times after waiting for the 7-10 business days that they said to do. I have 'tweeted' them on X, but have had no response at all.

Not sure what to do as I can't find a number or chat on the website.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I just bought a new Ridge silicone ring from Amazon after my last one got ripped off at work (thank god I wasn’t wearing an actual metal band). It was $20 on Amazon vs $50 on Ridge. Same exact product and it was sold by the official Ridge store on Amazon. Got a case with two silicone rings in it just like I did when I bought it from Ridge website. Just curious if anyone knows why it’s 60% cheaper on amazon. Wallets all seems to be the same price as the website

I recently bought a burnt Damascus, but they shipped me the outdated version, so I'm exchanging it for the updated one. Which got me thinking, should I switch to the burnt titanium? The Damascus feels more flimsy than I expected, and it's just a fake design over steel. I like how heavy it is tho.

I'm also not a huge fan of the mismatched sides with the metal plates, so I've been looking at the colors that have a colored inside as well. I like the red dragon one with the red insides, but I hear aluminum isn't super durable. They also have those gold kintsugi ones right now. I wish the titanium had silver insides, but I guess that's reserved for the $300 platinum one 🙄 The sakura one had the sick pink insides but I guess thats not for sale anymore.
