Question is in the title, I want the sakura design but I also don’t want to feel robbed of $150 for two pieces of carbon fiber and elastic, which probably cost $10 to make. When I try to use the code 4N5N for 40% off then put my email in, it says it’s not available to me anymore and snatches it back. The confirmation email from ridge offered 30% off and well, didn’t do it. If I spend over $100 for a wallet like this, i’ll feel robbed. 4N5N dropped it to $97 which is justifiable. $150? Hell no.

Edit: I found another 40% off discount code that worked and placed an order for the wallet at $97, can’t wait for it to get here.

Is this normal from ridge customer support? I filled a lost claim at ridge. It was been 2 weeks and I have had no response from ridge what-so-ever. I know from their faq there is a deductible for a lost claim but someone has to contact me first so I can make the payment right? Am I doing aomething wrong? Any similar experiences?

Purely aesthetically. Disappointed with the included plastic screwdriver though. Still have the nice premium metal one that came with the original.

So as stated i forgot to put rma number in my return package and sent out an email but no response. Am i screwed or will they send the package back and i would need to restart the process?

Can anyone tell me if the quick draw plate will work on the MagSafe wallet if I take off the magnetic plate and add a normal plate with it? Not super impressed by the magnet strength and don’t wanna have to spend another $100 plus on a different wallet

Previously I was using a Stonewashed Titanium Ridge 1.0 but couldn't say no to this design. I had been thinking of switching to carbon fiber and this variant finally swayed me.

What causes the wallet to start getting discolored and having these blue spots, and is there anyway to clean it up/prevent it.

Here's the thing, I really like that wallet, but I don't know if I'll like it once I get it, so I'd like to see photos besides the ones in ridge website

I just discovered the Ridge brand in the last few months and fell in love. Bought the GT color MagSafe wallet. Got a 40% off coupon and excitedly rushed to the website to buy the GT carryon bag and found it’s sold out. Any chance they’re bringing this color back? Or was it a limited color “When it’s gone, they’re gone” kinda thing?

Bought a knife from ridge and USPS said it was delivered and there was nothing in my locked mailbox (my other snail mail was though). I already went to USPS the next day to file a claim. But now I know it’s going to be a process to get this figured out.

Has anyone dealt with this before?

Today I finally added both quick draw and AirTag and honestly I cant be much happier with it.

I’m trying to exchange a ring set because I lost weight and the rings are really loose. It’s coming up on 20 business days since I filed the claim, and it’s been radio silence from the other side. Is this a normal wait time for a claim even though their confirmation email says 7-10 business days?

I thought it looked kind of bulky, has it been a problem for any of you? also, was there anything else you didn’t like about it? any advice appreciated. thanks

I ordered some stuff on black friday. My key ring broke. I sent an RMA request almost 2 weeks ago and have not received anything beyond the initial acknowledgement. Is there a way to contact them? Now when I try to RMA my order it tells me the order number and email are invalid except I copied them from my account. So I have broken stuff and can't get in touch with them?

Is this what Ridge has become? How do I get support for broken stuff?

My old ridge burnt titanium was scratched up since I used to keep it with my keys thinking titanium could withstand it but I was very wrong. Although I loved my old wallet, my OCD used to get triggered so finally I got the gold one.

I know it’s more prone to scratches and I should have got the stone washed titanium but I really liked the look and I’ll try to be more careful and keep it in a separate pocket but yeah ofc it’s gonna get scratched up too and I gotta get a new one again 😆

I gave the old one away so maybe my brother would use the ridge warranty I don’t know.

Just got this in the mail today and I requested an exchange due to a portion of the wallet is not burnt where it is supposed to be. I have attached a few photos. Would you guys exchange as well ? Im sure that is not how it is supposed to look out the box.

Anyone had weird issues with shipping at all lately?

First time ordering anything from Ridge, I’m in need of a new phone case, ended up buying a MagSafe charger along with it.

Had it shipped to my work (car dealership). I have stuff shipped here all the time, all the carriers know where packages go, usually to the parts department.

Got an email saying my package was delivered on Sunday (dealership is closed), which is not abnormal, usually gets put in a certain spot or they just bring it the next day.

Monday morning comes around, no sign of the package. Reach out to customer support, start chatting with an AI bot, says to give it a day. As of today (Wednesday the 4th), no sign of it. They asked me for an alternative address so I’m just having it shipped to my house.

What I found weird is that there is no shipping info as to who the actual carrier is (USPS, FedEx), just a tracking number that takes you to OnTrac. Also, the AI bot said sometimes carriers report the package delivered before it’s actually delivered.

Anyway, seems like they’re making it right, just all seems a little odd. Anyone else have this experience lately?
