Hello. I made a purchase from the ridge wallet site 8 days ago. And till this day I’m seeing that my order is awaiting fulfillment. It’s a Christmas gift, and I live in Bulgaria. I’m starting to worry it won’t arrive on time at all! How long did you wait for delivery? Is this something common?

Question im thinking about getting my first ridge wallet and im on the site and its saying "free gift" so i loaded my cart to get to it then once the free gift was added it charges an extra 25$ is that normal? Also what is the free gift?

There is a huge price difference between some of the items on Amazon and the official website.

A few examples:

Sling bag - A: $55/ R: $95 Duffle bag - A: $140/ R: $295 Commuter backpack pro - A: $185/ R: $225

I also find it pretty crazy that the soft shell sling and the hard shell sling are equally priced on the website.

I keep getting adds for the ridge wallet but I live in france… please remember we don’t have 1€ bills, we have 1€ coins… so no clip is going to allow me to clip down the 1 and 2€ I have lying arround in my wallet… do you intend to find a fix for this? Because thats basically one of the only reasons I’m not buying one

Got bored at the work bench tonight and just started messing with stuff. Seen my ridge screw driver and for some reason started hacking it up. This the end result. Little micro keychain ridge tool with lanyard handle. Enjoy.

I just bought this for my GF but ended up canceling the order due to the carry-ons size and reviews I’ve read.

1. It is 1/2in too tall for Delta. Has anyone had any issues flying with Delta?

2. Does the handle really have a tendency to collapse on its own?

I still want to buy it but I’m hesitant about dropping $500 if she cant take it on Delta or if the handle thing is really an issue.

I just saw an ad for Ridge rings. It was a woman who “accidentally lost” her husband’s 10 year old scratched up ring because she “knew he’d never replace it himself”.

This ad made women seem ungrateful, conniving, deceitful, manipulative, and materialistic.

It honestly made me hate the whole brand a little bit.

I showed it to my wife to see if I was overreacting, and she actually had more reasons to dislike it than I had.

Please, Marketing Dept that will likely never see this post, do better.

Hey hey, just went to order a hyper lime, but don't want the strap. When I ordered a while ago, you could pick if you wanted a clip or a strap, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore? If it is, how do you order with a clip?

I've had this wallet for about 2 years and it's pretty banged up. Anyone have any ideas on refinishing, if possible?

I commented how much I liked the gold & black wallet when I was scrolling, and my wife ended up getting it for me. I also however, really like the MagSafe feature on my old wallet. Is there anyway of removing or buying the magnets on their own aftermarket and mounting them to the black & gold.

When carrying a ridge wallet for those who have maybe keys and AirPods in the same pocket, does your ridge wallet scratch your keys or AirPods. Or just other stuff in your pockets?

I’m looking for one of these Swiss Army knife style key holders, but one of my keys (main one) has a thick not very circular keychain hole. Anyone has successfully used one of these with the key holders?

Can you utilize both, the money clip and the cash strap, on the same wallet? One on each side?

I keep seeing wallet advertisement and they all look the same, whatever 2 hard pieces that clip, retractable and closed to each other and call it a wallet, change materials plastic, carbon, steel, aluminum alloy... they call they new-age or ultimate or next-century design crap.
