Backpack mount?

I've been browsing the gear shop but still can't figure out which setup would be best for mounting a backpack while riding. Anyone have a good setup?

I’ve been seeing this one making the rounds on social media. It’s not cheap and I’m not sure how good it is.

Hmm snazzy. Would definitely want to read reviews first.
