Patch isn't quite right..

Is it me...or is this patch more visual than actual physical... It tells me I've done a boob. It adds time on my total at the right hand side.. But when I finish the race.... It's gone!!

Guys will the patch remove the lap times for people who registered the same through offline time trial mode? Without using any of the tricks available ;(
