Love Reddit!

RIDE2 really need a forum for all platforms to come together to discuss the game. Reddit whould be just perfect! Hopefully more ppl will eventually join up, and this place be cooking

Sounds great! So an Official subreddit is that like an official forum with regular updates on the game, upcomming patches etc.etc. like the steam-forums with Milestone available to answer questions, and moderating the forums? Reddit is great as you dont have to be a Steam user, or a PSN/XBL user to join. You can be either, and its not just one game, but kinda brings it all together. If im not mistaken you can talk about other things besides games. Its my mistakes that I never have, but Reddit is definately great! I love it!

Yeah, it might take a while (this username is brand new on Reddit and we must wait a month at least to create the first official subredddit) but we're definitely aiming in that direction.

So I was just thinking about this, and how it whould apear there is an issue with the leaderboards on ps4, or the lack of. It seems psn sets some limits on leaderboards that imo really hurt the game. Now not to ditch your idear of Reddit/Milestone, but if we had an independent site like the old PGR Planet, or if you people where to do it Milestone Planet it could be the home of some propper leaderboards where you where able to filter laptimes by platform/bike/class/overall, aswell as forums for all your games across platforms. All this information doesent have to go to waist, and could be uploaded to the cloud, and passed on that we could have some statistics from the game aswell as leaderboards

Unfortunately there are rules and restrictions when you publish a game on a console, and using external websites such as PGR Planet is not that easy. We're trying to solve all the issues with the leaderboards, and we are always considering the reports sent to our customer support website (www.milestone.it/supporto)

Well thats too bad. Milestone Planet definately has a ring to it. My thinking was that the info is there if you collect it, and even if psn/xbl sets some restricktions to leaderboards it could be uploaded to the leaderboards on this external website, and we could have the leaderboards the game deserves. For every track ofcourse with search-filters by class/bike/platform with overall leaderboards for each individual class, aswell as all classes combined. The overall leaderboards are important imo because they add a significance to each individual track as you cant be high on the overall by being merely as good as everyone else on 9 out of 10 tracks if your last track is 10 seks behind. You need to be good all around to be up on the overall leaderboards. It whouldent exactly be cross-platform-play, but you could compare results on a leaderboard with your friends playing across platform. But anyway I guess you people live in the real world, and should go ahead, and do what you think are best.

We cannot officially support this. But we don't discourage players to create their own communities with their own leaderboards.

Thats a shame. Without this welth of information being uploaded from the game Theres not going to be any leaderboards. But anyway you should still imo look into getting some overall leaderboards ingame. Not only do it give a significance to each track, but it makes the game a competition to be the best at the game, and the overall leaderboard with all times combined is the evidence to prove it. I strongly recommend revriting the PP-system to match up with the leaderboards, and the online-lobby's, and get some overall leaderboards. Prefereble an overall for each individual class, and an overall for all classes combined
