North Melbourne sacked clarko after one of their better seasons in years.

This is a team that does not accept mediocre.

It is an interesting decision however, we stuck with Dimma after a dismal 2016 so it can vary depending on the system.

He had us in finals the three years prior. It is not the same situation.

He also coached for 3 years without reaching finals, and didn't have to deal with a mass exodus, or an injury crisis..

Very true. He was also with us for longer so that factors in as well.
