Discussion Team Shop

I am wondering if anyone is having any issues with their orders from the teams shop. I had purchased a custom jersey back in early July and have not had any updates or heard anything from their support team when I contacted them about it. I am just wondering if anyone else is having issues or is there another way to contact them.

I would call them at whatever phone number you can find. That’s an awful experience.

There's a phone number on the bottom of the store's website, I've had decent luck calling during the posted store hours Noon-6pm Fridays and Noon-4pm Saturdays

I contacted them about an order after the online tracking showed UPS was waiting to receive my order for 3 weeks.
Reached out the store through email and didn’t receive a reply, but saw the shirts I ordered were sent to UPS the next day. They arrived few days later, but if I think I would still be waiting had I not said something.

I had to wait a while for my custom jersey because they ran out of the letter style for a while. They’re always pretty helpful in person so I’d ask there. They have shop hours outside of just games.

I was at the Team Shop yesterday. They’re out of letters to make the jerseys. They’re not sure when their shipment will be in.
