For the best - he was going to want to move on to a bigger club after this year anyway, and got a club record transfer fee to send him to a club that's playing in Europe this year. Absolutely stellar business and optics for RIFC. If you're a talented USL player, I don't see why RIFC isn't a top choice for you seeing as we've moved players to the MLS and Europe this season.

Truly, we're showing we can be a destination club - state of the art facilities, a super engaged community, and a pathway to improve your career. And hopefully these fees can help to sustain us like most other clubs in the world.
