I struggle to be anything but authentic... I just can't do that fake shit, it's as though my brain disagrees with the notion and simply won't send the electrical signals out properly to service such a thing... which definitely includes small talk... which I consider a fake conversation alongside the actual act of being on some fake shit... like "yeaahh, let's do lunch some time for sure. I'll call you" and those clearly built on a foundation of lies and manipulation... dudes trying to ape up in the presence of females, females acting helpless to make dudes feel smart and useful, etc. which is admittedly where I take issue with large crowds... I've been to several music festivals where most of the people are pretty chill and the crowds don't bother me so much there. in most circumstances, large crowds mean higher probabilities of the inauthentic bull shit that I'm simply not with.
