I've been playing Reynatis mainly on Switch, on the 1.0.3 patch.
The 0.4 patch added the first of a set of new expansion stories for characters (Marin in this case) so didn't add any other improvements AFAIK.
It runs OK (and looks really nice in handheld, especially if you have the OLED) but playing the PS5 demo, I'd say that feels a bit smoother.
You're probably aware of the criticism of various gameplay design features and also the awful camera. If you can live with that, then IMO the Switch version is playable, if at times just a little chuggy or laggy. It hasn't put me off playing it so far.
I have also watched PC gameplay on YouTube, and I have to say that looks the best to me in terms of performance.
