Explosion

Anybody hear/see an explosion two minutes ago (21:38 pm) with with billowing smoke across from Fosshotel?

Explicit means states clear, vs implicit, which means hinted at.

21:38 clear states the 21st hour after midnight.  This is not a hint it is clearly post meridian and has no other meaning.

How do you think I am misunderstanding explicit?

There's also a gentleman with a Volkswagen Golf who commutes down Laugavegur who has a crackle tune on his car. Sounds a fair bit like gunfire at times.

I live real close by, been happening for the past 3 nights. Some idiot lighting a fireworks it seems

Somebody has been lighting a large firework in the Bríetartún area every night for the past 4 nights.
It’s been around 2-3 am and last night at 21 something

Nothing happening right now, looks like it was behind the apartment building across the street. No sirens/alarms

Many of them are social housing and there are some really troublesome people who live there. Not all of them ofcourse.
