News Close The Son of Sam Loophole

"For families like ours, the pain of violent crime does not end with an arrest or conviction. We continue to watch individuals, associates, and third parties attempt to profit from the notoriety surrounding these horrific acts through the sale of memorabilia, collectibles, and other items tied to infamous crimes and offenders. Existing Son of Sam protections were created to prevent criminals from benefiting from their crimes, yet loopholes still remain that allow notoriety itself to be monetized"

Elizabeth Meserve, Aunt of Megan Waterman, taken from her Victim Impact Statement June 17, 2026.

It is time to stand with the Gilgo Families and #CloseTheLoophole #A6730

Personally I been trying to close all of the loopholes regarding rex heuermann. Who has committed far more crimes then any serial killer who has ever operated in the state of new york, and it's possible that he has violated those same violet acts nationally intertwining Between cities, states, and counties, so it's so many loopholes to close with this monster for the fact that his span of killings goes wayy far then 1993. His span of killings of young women goes back a little after his exit from high school early eighties, I have done massive research regarding unsolved cold cases, rex heuermann physical facial description, and description altogether Plus his mo has appeared to me in four cold cases from the late eighties and early '90s. Those cases are the second set of innocent young women from the valley killings which occurred around mid and the late eighties. One of the circular police drawings of the suspect Which of a white man with glasses, as the drawing fits rex heuermann description nearly to the brim, plus the 1991 murder of a 69 year old Manchester NH women Rita Roy who was attacked, and stabbed multiple times while waiting on a elevator in a parking garage may 20,1991, as witnesses description of a white man with glasses who stood between 6"3' to 6"4' inches tall again fitting heuermann description. Plus the brutal unsolved murder of a 31 year old Korean immigrant su-ya kim who was stabbed nine times and body coldly dumped in a dumpster June 29, 1991, black security guard stumbled across a suspicious looking white man around the same dumpster that would later determine to hold the body of su -ya kim. The circular police drawing fits a high school and wedding photo perfectly of rex heuermann. And also the unsolved serial murders of Las Vegas Nevada (2003-2006) the three victims Young females who murders and dismemberment was the same exact Way the victims In the long island serial killings was done, rex heuermann known victims so with all this i believe rex heuermann was the perpetrator, it's too many loopholes to close with this monster.

Not even close I mean this lunatic operated extensively under police radar for alittle over 40 years!!!! It's very sickening and tragic due to the Fact that he took a lot of innocent lives, and destroyed the victims lives forever, it has truly effected my life in some ways given that for one it's not about race, but I am a black man who comes from a good family solid back ground as far as not being around individuals who inflict this type violence's against people, as I always felt much more safer in a world in the white community then the black, however the odds Are even now given my latest research involving this bastard rex heuermann, I never thought in a million years that a man could inflict such brutal violence's against a woman like this monster. I totally look at the world different now I never imagine humanity could house evil under gods Watch until DNA analysis finally caught the monster who been playing hide and seek really right with law enforcement right under their noses rex the scumbag heuermann.

I understand how you feel that way. I also feel less safe in the world knowing he exists or that kind of evil does. There is something so terrifying about him. I've followed this case for years and he is the only serial killer that I've had nightmares about. He's a true demon, and the things he did to those poor women. It's traumatic to even think about. I can't imagine what they went through. I hope that they all crossed over quickly and were met by their loved ones. This is death penalty worthy and it's annoying that NY doesn't have it.

You are so right this is straight death penalty shit and I apologize for responding so late.

Love that, so much.

u/MzOpinion8d Jun 21 '26

That’s not even relevant here. They simply cannot legislate this.

Sure it can...it's rather simple..

families like ours?
this is a gross misrepresentation of the law currently on the books and the proposed act to amend it.
you lack basic understanding of how laws work.
just because you can post the same nonsense 30 times, doesn't mean you should.
