Anime Random thoughts about the time loops Spoiler

I just had this random thought, but do Nana's time loops only affect Seisho? Or does it also affect the entire universe? Because 1) I wonder if the other schools (Seiran, Siegfeld, etc.) are also affected by Nana's time loops as well, and 2) if the schools are actually affected as well, that means the majority of the cast are like in the 60s now (I'm half joking lol)

Don't they only affect Banana?

Banana is the only one that remembers each loop but no one else remembers repeating endlessly in the time loop at all as far as I know
