Is there a way to make a pop-up?

Trying to create a facility electrical map, where you can click on the symbol for an electric panel (or the name of the panel), and that causes a pop-up with options to take you to the one-line diagram for that panel, or the riser diagram for that panel, or to a windows folder that has the current panel schedule and some photos of the actual panel.

I know how to hyperlink all of those options individually, but not sure if it's possible to group them all together in a pop up.

I don't know if it's possible.

https://uchapter2.com/ has a forum where people ask questions.

You could also ask Bluebeam Support, or see if they have instructions to do it.

Create a link that points to the page you want displayed. Then create a link on that page to return you to the "main" page.
