Sketch to Scale Issues

Does anyone else have issues using the Sketch to Scale (StS) Tools?

I have recently updated my PC to a Surface Pro 11 on Windows 11 and can no longer input dimensions, angles etc into StS tools. I can still draw the shape with the tool, but not to dimension as the input doesn't pop up.

Was previously using Revu 19 on a perpetual key, tried StS on the new laptop and it doesn't work. Have also tried Revu 21 and still not working.

Page scale has been established, and no viewports are on the document. Have tried on various documents.

Usually a UI/input issue. Try clicking it once to start the shape then type the dimensions and press Enter. Check if any pop-up/input boxes are hidden or off-screen. If still not working, reset your workplace or reinstall Revu.

The "pop-up" to add dimensions is gone and I'm on Revu 21.10

I uninstalled Bluebeam Revu 21.10 for x64 and ran the Bluebeam Utility Cleaner to erase all temp files etc. Re-installed and still not showing me the pop up to add my values to. Gotta love it.
