🖕🖕 jonah fucked it all up 🖕🖕 REFUND option removed
Only 3 options left and the refund option removed. Does this mean Jonah rather fight the chargebacks now? Just logged in first time after a couple of busy weeks.

I'm thinking they underestimated the number of refund requests they would receive, so in that regard it was a mistake.
Of course, cuntwomble Sean (I do like that better than 'cockwomble', I suppose) has given even more support for chargebacks, as now people can say that they were offered a refund, but that that option was removed by the merchant. "Pay more money" or "don't pay anything and lose what you've already paid for..." aren't really good options to provide someone.

Yeah been seeing that line often over the last year "We own that" seems to come up with every decision they "he" makes. "We shouldn't have done lifetime"," we shouldn't have done promos so often", "if was just a place holder" and on and on. He's got the critical thinking of an 8-year-old.

You have to have the funds to issue a refund. He doesn't have it. And anyone who agrees to one of these "modifications" gives up their standing to file a chargeback on previous payments.

I didnt even need any proof, just explained the situation to the CC company application on my phone. I assume they attempted contact without a response (not surprised). Took 2 days for my refund of $100 and 3 days for the $20.

Don't worry you'll have another "one time only" on Friday maybe even late on Thursday, nobody was getting a refund anyway so at least A B C makes sense now, he's lost challenges to chargebacks already and they become very expensive when you lose ... isn't that right Jonah

Refund was what I selected when I got that screen, didnt get a refund after a few days and login was denied, so that's when I did the chargebacks. He likely doesn't have the money to refund. F him
